International promotion
All our promotional initiatives are directed towards finding potential customers for the companies making up our district’s economic fabric.
To try and reach the largest possible number of companies, we use numerous promotional tools, some of which more traditional – such as the organisation of pools for participation in trade-fairs abroad and the organisation of meetings between local entrepreneurs and foreign operators (distributors, manufacturers..) – others less so – such as the organisation of meetings between Italian and foreign trade associations for the exchange of best practices and the organisation in Modena of meetings with the staff of our correspondents abroad.

Yet another tool we have created and placed at the disposal of companies to promote their products and gain exposure abroad, is the possibility of free registration on the website www.expomo.com – already used by about 2,600 exporting companies and visited on average by 12,000 foreign operators every month. For those companies which are interested, we create, inside the website, a virtual showcase, translated into English, Spanish, Chinese and Russian (and soon also into German, French and Portuguese), containing company details and contact address.
Finally, an absolute novelty for 2011, we have created an iPhone, iPad and iPod touch application to allow accessing all the information contained on our website www.expomo.com and locating companies by means of GPS sensor.
