Corporate bodies
The corporate bodies are:
- the Chairperson;
- the Board of Directors;
- the Board of Auditors.
The Chairperson and the Board of Directors run the Company.
The Chairperson is the legal representative of the Agency and, according to the Articles of Agency, may be either the President of the Modena Chamber of Commerce, or another member of the chamber Committee chosen by the Committee itself. Since September, 2008, our chairman has been Erio Luigi Munari, former member of the chamber Committee and representative of the artisan sector, re-elected on October 2011.

The Board of Directors consists of:
- Massimo Toschi, member of the chamber Committee;
- Roberto Vezzelli, member of the chamber Committee;
- Vanni Girotti, representing the agricultural sector;
- Giovanni Gorzanelli, representing the industrial sector.
Lawyer Stefano Bellei, General Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, Ugo Girardi, General Secretary of Unioncamere and Vanni Po, representing the industry crafts, take part in the meetings of the Boards of Directors without the right to vote. The Board of Auditors controls Agency management and consists of three regular members and two alternate members:
• Carmen Lanzillo, Chairman of the Board, representative of the Ministry of Economic Development.
• Maria Severini, representative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
• Daniela Valpondi, representative of the Emilia Romagna region.
In charge of company management is the Director, Agostino Pesce.
